HARMFULL is a Brazilian comic book that tells the story of Nathan Lapeyre, a CENPES scientist who was bitten by the Yellow Dragon. Due to the resulting infection, he mutated into a powerful creature. He later received help from his friend, Benjamim Christopher, and the alien Baruk-Crisis to deal with his condition.

All living beings bitten by creatures from the planet Ecrom suffer from a deadly infection that typically leads to death.
In rare cases, if the victim survives, the infection may evolve through three levels of mutation. Very few reach level three.
Those who do are anomalies mutants, unnatural hybrids of science and biology.
Nathan Lapeyre was one of those rare survivors. He endured the infection, reached the third stage of mutation, and became Harmfull.
